I want to point cut my hair to achieve a wispy look. How do you do it?

i would highly recommend going to a stylist for getting a whole new style. however if u really are intent on doing this, cutting vertically upward or razring is usually how the wispy effect is achieved. i trim my own wispy bangs all the time (the stylists never do it right) and thats really all there is too it, excpet doing your entire head is a different story and chances are it either wont look even or u will cut too much off.

dont do it by yourself lol tak emy advice go to a hair salon and tell them what you want and they will do it for you and you wont be disapointed! dont cut your hair on your own if you arnt a hair dresser you can mess it up and you dont have the right stuff

I recommend going it to a salon to have it done. It's harder than it seems and you may end up hating it.

i wouldn't risk it. If you don't have any experience in hair cutting then don't start now. I tried to cut my own hair when I was like 13 and it wasn't pretty. Good thing my hair grows fast!
