my hair is simmilar to that but i have extensions on.

easy.

first off get you hair layerd from top to bottom.

then grab a razor and razor yerr hair around the middle part of your ear from that part down.

it will thin your hair.

after all that use hairspray at the top to make your top layers noticeable.

oh and for bangs just cut the bangs near your eyebrows grab a chunk of hair and trim it like diagnally.

and there your done!
