I'm trying to go natrual, do I have to cut my hair off?

I have about 2in of new growth, 7in of relaxed and colored hair. Is it best for me to cut off my hair or can I let it grow out to about 5in before I cut it, or will it fall out. What can I put on it to keep it from falling out alot. (i'm black)

just die it the color you think your natural color is so that when it grows out it all blends in. So you don't have to cut it.

Don't cut your hair...I used to straighten and dye my hair all the time, and all you can do is let it grow out..

YAY!! :D Always good to hear about a Sista going napptrual! You can just grow out your hair, but the two different textures will drive you nuts! I cut mine after about 4 months to 3inches. It was a shock for a while, but totally worth it! I've never been happier with my hair! Good luck!
