I cut my hair last week coz I couldnt stand the moaning and cussing BUT when I am 16 in a couple of months should I still do as she says about the hair?

Depends, On the style and such. You may be almost 16, BUT you do still live in your parents house. IF it is stylish and not funky or a embarrassing style, then their should be no problem.
