that depends on genetics. peoples hair changes over time so if you had curly hair, but all the new hairs growing in are straight, then you shave your head, only the straight ones grow back. I used to have really curly hair and now it's naturally straight. The more I cut it the straighter it got. The one thing is, is I always cut my hair when it got long (like longer than a foot) so that might be a problem. lol

If you want, try just straightening your hair chemically or buy a straightener.
