Ok so im going to get my haircut soon and i want the "Scene" look(im not a poser or anything i just like the look)... But i cant get anything Dramatic Or Wild Colors... the only color i could get would be Dirty Blond bc my hairs so light its like a Platinum Blond I guess you would call it..
but i want a cut thats longer the shoulder length and real scene looking so if you could help that would be great!

get to big streaks of dirty blonde on each side get one side shorter than the other, get it super choppy and super layered
