It is true and I have no idea how it all works...like what does the end of your hair have to do with the root but anyways...my hair use to grow super slow then i went in an got it cut real short and i cried cause i missed my long hair and the hair stylist said that it would grow back and to come see her in three months and i did and my hair grew back so much faster then it ever grew ever...I was so surprised...and its healthier too!
