Well hair is always growin so technicaly it will grow but if your expecting a certain length it depends on what hair products you use,yo raceand how healthy yo hair is but ill beak it down if your afromerican(black)then itll take some time to grow but,on the other hand if your of latino descent than itll grow in a snap,and if your white than itll grow at an average rate but if your asian than you have no reason to ask this question and thats what i can tell you but also to speed up the growth process go by some Emu oil cause it perfect for black and latino hair

How much are you cutting it? Chances are No. Hair grows HALF a inch in one month. So if you are only cutting off 1/4" then in 2 weeks yes it will be back but thats not very much hair.
